Our team is readily available to answer any questions you might have or to assist in overcoming any roadblocks you face during your course. We have (i) personalized support with tailored advice and solutions to specific challenges you're encountering; (ii) extensive learning materials, including detailed course materials, video tutorials, and supplementary guides; (iii) an interactive community of fellow learners and e-commerce experts; and (iv) expert guidance via 3 live Q&A sessions per week, group discussions, and one-on-one meetings with instructors or tutors. Our Refund Policy Is Quite Simple: 

We offer refunds only for the first payment if requested within the initial 72 hours of joining the program. After this period, refunds will not be issued. To request a refund please contact us at support@junglabs.co.

Fraud, Theft, and Chargebacks. 

Fraud refers to any effort to employ deceit or misrepresentation for personal or financial advantage. When users commit fraud against Jung Labs LLC, it undermines the procedures that maintain fairness for all, and potentially makes course access, additional materials, and subscriptions more costly for everyone. This equally applies to attempts to monetize access to Jung Labs LLC courses through unapproved methods.

For example, please avoid: Sharing your Jung Labs LLC account credentials with another person; Selling or attempting to sell your Jung Labs LLC account or access to a course to someone else; Selling course materials or content outside of the official Jung Labs LLC platform; Exchanging course access for forms of compensation; Purchasing a course from an unauthorized seller; Circulating methods to deceitfully gain access to Jung Labs LLC courses for free; Trying to obtain out-of-policy refunds or compensation from Jung Labs LLC support; Implying to other users that you are a Jung Labs LLC employee; Falsely presenting yourself as an employee of a course creator or tutor; Intentionally impersonating another user to incite controversy; and Charging another user for assistance to complete a course or a particular section of a course.

Additional Information pertaining to Chargebacks When Jung Labs LLC encounters a chargeback or credit card dispute, our team collaborates closely with the credit card companies to furnish comprehensive information pertaining to each case:

We first determine whether the customer who initiated the dispute submitted their claim before or after the scheduled completion of their course; We may provide necessary data to the credit card customer for each case, including if the course was non-refundable, proof that the course was available, and our Terms of Service; and If the course was cancelled on Jung Labs LLC's website, we may share a copy of the cancellation correspondences between the customer and Jung Labs LLC. For the avoidance of doubt, this course is not eligible for a refund. If Jung Labs LLC receives a chargeback for an unjustified cancellation, we will dispute the chargeback. As an online education platform, we constantly update our policies to provide customers with more flexibility and control, and to support our community of learners.

DISCLAIMER:

Please note that if you engage in the inappropriate use of a chargeback through your bank, and we subsequently contact the bank to provide evidence that the transaction in question was indeed legitimate, thereby exposing the act as fraud, you will be subject to certain penalties, interest charges, and processing fees. These charges will be calculated to be at least double the amount paid to Jung Labs LLC under the applicable agreement, or alternatively, the maximum amount permitted by law. We strongly encourage you to proactively reach out to us prior to initiating a chargeback in order to resolve any disputes, dissatisfactions, or issues pertaining to the Services. It is our sincere belief that open communication and a mutual effort to address concerns will result in a more satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.

Secure agreements with at least one suppliers who meet the program's criteria:

(iv) List products priced over $3,000.
(v) Upload at least 10 products that comply with the above standards.

2. Fast Selling Systems Implementation:

Choose and implement one of the following systems as outlined in the program:

(i) Bullseye Method: Spend at least $100 on ads exactly as directed in the program.
(ii) B2B eCom Strategy: Send 100 personalized emails to businesses. 

Written Agreement:

Provide a written statement expressing your belief that the program did not deliver sufficient value to you.

Proof of Compliance:

Allow us to review your ad account, email correspondence, and website to verify that you have met all requirements to 

Time Frame:

You have 1 year from the date of purchase to meet these criteria and request a refund. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

No Exceptions Policy:

This policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness and dedication. No exceptions will be made to the requirements listed. You must hold up your end of the agreement.

Our team will review your submission to confirm eligibility.

This policy is put in place to underscore our belief in our program's effectiveness and our commitment to your success. It ensures that all students are fully committed to the process and have genuinely engaged with the program to achieve their goals.

Note: If you choose the payment plan to sign up for HTEA 2.0, you must make all payments on time in order to qualify for a refund. 

Failure to make any of your payments on time will disqualify you from receiving this or any other bonuses.
